As I am newly self employed I have been thinking much about the need for recognition. Previously someone would have said good job or well done and I would have felt valued (and paid). Now as I explore the social media I wonder about that need for recognition. Of course posting and expressing is positive and giving a heartfelt recognition is lovely. I like this article, it’s interesting. How to distinguish between those who click it because they appreciate it and those who click because they want to be followed? Don’t have answers but reflecting on it. Anyway thanks for the article.
